Dr. Okello Denis a senior lecturer in the Department of Physics, Makerere University. Research interests are on Materials for high temperature heat storage suitable for indirect solar cooking applications and Energy yield of grid connected PV systems.

Currently I am the MSSEESA node coordinator at Makerere University.  I am also group leader of the Renewable Energy Research Group (RERG) at the department of Physics. We have been involved in a number of innovative activities that involved organizing short trainings and workshops in solar energy applications in the Physics Department.
