Research Activities
- Characterization of thin film materials deposited via various techniques such resistive/sputtering vacuum deposition, spray pyrolysis, spin coating, SILAR, electrophoretic, solgel, doctor blade and screen printing.
- Fabrication and characterization of dye and solid sensitized solar cells with mainly TiO2 as the window layer.
- Fabrication and characterization of silicon solar cells.
- Electronic structure calculation using Density functional theory
- Outreach activities involving training of artisans on proper installation of PV modules
